Discover The Leader In You

Its all about taking that ownership, more responsibility on your shoulder, it's about taking up Leadership role .

Everyone of us want to feel this in our life, so what is this exactly.

Today we are going to understand this term based on what we have experienced so far in our life (work , family , school , friend circle etc)

Whenever I think about this word few lines by great philosopher always comes to my mind which is experienced by most of us while on work and that is

A leader will never take credit of the work. He will keep ensure that the feeling of success is spread in such a manner where this kind of ownership comes up and this is what makes leadership a human practice which can only be felt .

Every human have strong tendency of being shown the direction ,you must have heard lots of people asking for how to do things ,no issues in that but very few people set goals for themselves and achieve them. It's about taking that initiative, so that other can easily follow them.

Indian society is suffering from a disease known as mediocrity. Very few want to take pain for getting excellence.

Can everyone of us become a leader or based on the circumstances in life we can assume a leadership role ?

Let's talk about three pillars which is needed for the successful accomplishment of any project

 Vision :
Every leader has a very clear vision about their project that what are the tangible output he want to drive out of it. What is to achieve exactly he knows very well.

He knows what are the challenges that he might face while executing project on grass root level .

Purpose: He knows his purpose very well .It is rightly said that for the sheep that doesn't know its destination every wind is the right wind. His objectives are very clear. Actually his Why is very clear.

Passion

I have a video for you guys, let's see what Steve Jobs says about passion .A leader will bring passion not only for themselves but they will be able to drive the whole team with them.

Just assume for a while that you are missing any of these three things what will happen to a project that you will take up , it will fail.

Why do toppers not always win in life??

Some of the tips given by my mentors that i would like to share with you are

1) Try to take best ideas from people around you (no matter form senior or junior) and take the approach of how can you generate 10 times more value, not only for you but also for others. This is all about elevating you level of thinking which is directly proportional to the standard of living.

2) Invest constantly on your
   Knowledge
   Skills
   Attitude
Taking always Challenge as an Opportunity.
This is only the key of success for major group of people.

3) Define what output you expects out of certain input
Some of the traits that I have observed, are most of the people believes in
    Passing the buck
    Blaming others
    Always finding faults in others

How many of you have heard people saying
Don't try to take it over you, you will be in a hole
   Don't speak truth
Try to take yourself out first
f_ _ k off such people . But it is not their fault,it is the society and environment in which they have grown, taught them.
They are always on the other side no matter how good the opportunity they have.

I have a story on this, which i read from a book You Can Win by Shiv Khera

"There was a hunter who bought a bird dog, the only one of its kind in the world. That
could walk on water. He couldn't believe his eyes when he saw this miracle. At the
same time, he was very pleased that he could show off his new acquisition to his friends.
He invited a friend to go duck hunting. After some time, they shot a few ducks and the
man ordered his dog to run and fetch the birds. All day-long, the dog ran on water and
kept fetching the birds. The owner was expecting a comment or a compliment about his
amazing dog, but never got one. As they were returning home, he asked his friend if he
had noticed anything unusual about his dog. The friend replied, "Yes, in fact, I did notice
something unusual. Your dog can't swim."

Some people always look at the negative side.

Let's stop taking about negative people and come back to our path.

Maslow's Hierarchy of needs

Every human being passes through certain phases in life  which are described in this diagram

You can read more about this believe me it is very interesting:

A message that is conveyed by most of the philosopher is very simple and hardcore truth, Do what you love, enjoy it, otherwise you will be permanently frustrated.

Again saying make your WHY clear , it is not that simple it will take time
I have a video for you my friends

Suggested Authors who gave good literature on this philosophical aspects are
1) Sigmund Freud
2) Abraham Maslow
